128 Cambridge is a residential project within RISE's overall vision for the Sullivan Square neighborhood. The project consists of 72 residential units, 4,143 SF of retail storefront, 4,102 SF of amenity space, and 23 at grade parking spots. The building design pays homage to Charlestown's industrial heritage while blending in with the surrounding neighborhood context along Cambridge Street and Crescent Street. The project will have a substantial affordable component and attract a wide range of Charlestown families and young professionals.
