149 Rental Apartments in the heart of Allston, including a mix of compact units, artist live work lofts, and an enclosed parking garage. RISE was contracted for preconstruction services to assist with permitting and budgeting throughout the design process. This project directly abuts the MBTA and I-90 requiring detailed coordination and planning for all aspects of construction. This project broke ground in January 2022.
