Located near downtown Haverhill, "Essex St. Lofts" is a renovation and restoration of the brick and metal 7-story industrial building. The project will welcome an urban renewal approach to the surrounding area outside of Haverhill’s downtown developments. The building will welcome 42 apartment units, a lobby that includes an art gallery space to showcase local artists, resident’s lounge and gym.
