Curtis Street is a new residential development located in the Harbor View neighborhood of East Boston. The project will replace vacant commercial lots with two new buildings consisting of both rental and homeownership units, as well as public realm improvements along Curtis St and Saratoga St. The project will be supported by a shared outdoor open space, new lounge and fitness amenity spaces, and 17 new underground parking spaces.
