4054 Mystic Valley Parkway is a state-of-the-art life science development consisting of 310,000 SF of new lab and research space on a 1.42 acre site in East Medford. The project is located along Mystic Valley Parkway within a 10-minute walk to the Wellington Orange Line Station and in the direct path of the life-science corridor which has emerged north of Cambridge and Boston.
