This project consists of the construction of a new five (5) story residential building with approximately, 70 housing units and approximately forty-nine (49) off-street parking spaces. The project also includes on-site bicycle storage, new publicly accessible open space, and various amenity areas including fitness, work-from-home offices/pods, and a club room.
